With the changes in the main contradictions in our society,the focus of national work has shifted from the original focus on de-veloping productive forces and material culture to meeting the growing needs of the people for a better life.The people are no longer satisfied with simple material and cultural needs,but have put forward new requirements in fields such as democracy,rule of law,fair-ness,justice,and the environment.Due to the reasons of imbalanced and insufficient development,there are current problems of imbal-anced urban-rural development and insufficient development of agriculture and rural areas.Therefore,these requirements are particul-arly prominent in rural areas.To solve these problems,it is necessary to accurately judge the main social contradictions,make overall arrangements for rural revitalization,and systematically build political,organizational,ideological,disciplinary,and institutional aspects of grassroots party organizations in rural areas.
