Governance of Secondary Colleges in Universities:Logical Starting Point,Dilemma and Path Choice
As an important component of the organizational structure of Chinese universities,secondary colleges undertake various func-tions and activities of universities,and their organization is characterized by complexity and variability.However,secondary colleges face some difficulties in the governance process,mainly manifested in excessive control of power in external governance,excessive loss of administrative norms in internal governance,insufficient institutionalization of party and government joint meetings,and an imbal-ance between administrative and academic power.Based on this,the article proposes to effectively respond to and achieve efficient gov-ernance of secondary colleges through four aspects:innovating the free and open evaluation mechanism of secondary colleges,impro-ving the core competitiveness of connotation development,improving the coordination mechanism of party and government joint meet-ings,and building an academic,organizational management system.
