Exploration on the Teaching Mode of"College-Enterprise Doub-le Tutorial"Combined with"Workshop"in Food Specialty un-der the Background of Engineering Accreditation
Engineering students should have excellent innovative thinking and engineering practice ability in application-oriented under-graduate universities under the background of engineering certification education.In this paper,the mode of"school-enterprise double tutorial"combined with"workshop"is explored in the teaching of food processing courses.Teaching practice shows that the new tea-ching mode can help the workshop team independently complete the design and practice of target products through product orientation,team communication,benign competition,double tutors'support and other strategies.This teaching mode effectively exercises stu-dents'innovative thinking,practical operation and cooperative communication ability,and is an efficient way to cultivate the practical ability of food science and engineering talents.
