Research on the Curriculum Reform of College Mental Health Education from the Perspective of Positive Psychology
Traditional mental health education courses in universities face challenges such as the need to optimize teaching objectives,improve teaching content,innovate teaching methods,and improve teaching evaluation.Therefore,based on the theory of positive psy-chology,this article reforms the mental health education curriculum in universities from four aspects:a positive psychology curriculum teaching system,a positive experiential teaching model,a multidimensional & multi-level teaching structure,and a diversified evalua-tion mechanism,in order to achieve the teaching goal of cultivating students'positive psychological qualities and improve the effecti-veness of mental health education teaching.
