校家协同育人现状与对策研究

构建高质量的协同育人机制,既是推动教育高质量发展的根本保证,也是新时代教育工作的使命所在。基于此,文章采用问卷法对来自贵州省9个市(州)的5400名家长和1180名教师进行了调查,深入分析家长和教师对协同育人的认识、校家协同育人内容与形式、校家沟通情况,以及校家协同育人存在的不足。在此基础上,提出进一步提高家校育人成效建议。
Current Situation and Countermeasures of Collaborative Education between Schools and Families
The mission of education in the new era is to construct a high-quality collaborative education mechanism,which is also the es-sential guarantee for supporting high-quality education development.A questionnaire was used in this study to collect data from 5400 parents and 1180 teachers from 8 cities in the Guizhou province,including Guiyang,Zunyi,Liupanshui,and Bijie,in order to conduct an in-depth analysis regarding the understanding of parents and teachers about collaborative education,the contents and forms of home-school collaborative education,the communication between schools and families,and the drawbacks of home-school collaborative edu-cation.Lastly,several recommendations were put forward to improve the outcomes of collaborative education between schools and fam-ilies.
