Optimization Design Method of Custom Home Products Based on Multi-feature Fusion
There are many kinds of household products,and customers have different needs for the shape of household products according to their environment.In order to meet the personalized needs of customers for household products to the greatest extent,a method of shape optimization design of customized household products based on multi-feature fusion is proposed.Through the acquisition,pro-cessing and transformation of customer demand data,identify the customer's customization needs.The hardware equipment is used to obtain the modeling image of the existing home products,and the modeling features of the home products are extracted from the color,shape and texture.The weighted fusion method is used to obtain the fusion processing results of the modeling features of the home pro-ducts.Combined with the correlation between the feature fusion result and the customer demand data,the optimization position and ad-justment amount of the customized home product shape are determined,and the optimization design result of the customized home prod-uct shape is finally obtained.The design method of shape optimization is applied to the customization of wardrobe,lamp and sofa pro-ducts,and the size design deviation of the shape optimization result is 0.253 mm and the demand matching degree is 0.95,which proves that the proposed method has good shape optimization effect.
