Historical Investigation of Labor Competition during the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea——Focused on the Workers'Daily
The article analyzes the historical materials of the propaganda and report about labor competitions in the Workers'Daily during the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea.It is found that on the basis of the spontaneous competition movement organized by domestic workers,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China had taken measures such as propaganda and mobilization,focusing on typical guidance,and inspection to carry out patriotic labor competitions with"increasing production and saving resources"as the main content nationwide.This is the first national labor competition conducted since the establishment of the People's Republic of China.It strongly supported the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea,promoted national economic development,and streng-thened workers'national identity and Party identity.
