The Dilemma and Strategy of Privacy Protection under Facial Recognition Technology
The information data is huge and complex,and the transmission is rapid.In recent years,the timely popularization of face rec-ognition has increased the diffiiculty of privacy protection.From the perspective of legal awareness,legislative status and judicial prac-tice,it is found that the current protection of privacy under face recognition technology,there are still legal regulation dilemmas such as weak privacy awareness,low legislative independence of face recognition privacy infringement and difficult judicial definition of priv-acy.Based on this,it puts forward relevant suggestions such as strengthening policy publicity,advancing legislation with the times,im-proving protection mechanisms,and increasing punishment for face recognition infringement,so as to promote effective protection of privacy in the era of face recognition technology and safeguard citizens'privacy.
