Exploration of High Quality Development of Mountain Char-acteristic Agriculture in Ethnic Regions——A Case Study on High Quality Development of Ecological Agriculture in Congjiang Jiabang Terrace of Guizhou Province
Jiabang Terrace is located in the hinterland of Moon Mountain in the western part of Congjiang County,Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture,Guizhou Province.It is a national wetland park with a unique form of terraced fields,and it is an im-portant global agricultural cultural heritage(GIAHS)and agricultural cultural heritage site in China,meanwhile,it is an important treas-ure for the high-quality development of mountainous characteristic agriculture in ethnic areas.This article is based on a survey of the high-quality development of ecological agriculture in Congjiang Jiabang Terrace in Guizhou Province.It analyzes the current situation and problems,identifies the fundamental advantages from a strategic perspective,seizes the value high point from brand shaping,acti-vates the genetic code from cultural and tourism empowerment,innovates new models from government leadership,leads collaborative development from a strong leader,and constructs a symbiotic system from ecological protection to explore the high-quality development of mountainous characteristic agriculture in ethnic areas.
