摘要
高校教师党支部书记"双带头人"是新时代党建的重要制度,在实施过程中不同的视阈有着不同的期待,基于领导视阈、普通教师视阈、双带头人视阈高校教师党支部书记"双带头人"制度呈现出一系列的"共识"与"差异",有必要从制度维度、现实维度、双带头人个人维度巩固"共识",处理"差异",有效地促进高校教师党支部书记"双带头人"制度的进一步落实.
Abstract
The"Party building and academic leader"system for Party branch secretaries of university teachers is a crucial mechanism for party building in the new era.Different stakeholders have varying expectations during its implementation process.Based on the per-spectives of leaders,ordinary teachers,and Party building and academic leaders,the"Party building and academic leader"system pre-sents a series of consensus and difference.It is essential to consolidate the consensus and handle the difference from the points of system,reality,and individual to effectively promote further implementation of the"Party building and academic leader"system for Party branch secretaries of university teachers.
