外文摘要：According to the core of the construction of"new liberal arts",this paper analyzes the current situation and dilemma of the course of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics in finance and economics colleges and universities.Taking Guizhou University of Finance and Economics as an example,this paper discusses the course construction and practice of Probability Theory and Mathema-tical Statistics.On the basis of the Superstar information technology platform,we thoroughly implement the teaching concept based on learning results,take discipline competition as the starting point,strive to improve the quality of talent training as the goal,and integrate curriculum thinking and politics in accordance with the requirements of first-class curriculum construction to promote the construction of first-class statistics major and first-class disciplines.
