通过探索校企深度合作机制,基于涡北选煤厂等工矿企业一线数据构建虚拟智慧实验室,实现对煤炭分选流程的场景模拟、对分选设备运维问题的智能识别以及对煤炭分选效果的优化.实践证明,实验室的构建不仅提升了工业生产一线数据的教学价值,还丰富了校企联动和产学研合作的实践内涵.
Construction of Virtual Smart Laboratories In Universities Under the Background of Industrial Intelligence——Taking Anhui University of Science and Technology as an Example
Through exploring the mechanism of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,a virtual smart laboratory based on the frontline data of industrial and mining enterprises such as the Guo Bei Coal Preparation Plant has been constructed.This laboratory achieves scene simulation of coal sorting process,intelligent identification of operation and maintenance issues of sorting equipment,and optimization of coal sorting effects.Practice has proven that the construction of the laboratory not only enhances the teaching value of frontline data in industrial production but also enriches the practical connotation of school-enterprise linkage and industry-university research cooperation.
