Strengthening the legal education of clinical medical students is of great significance for enhancing their legal literacy,regu-lating diagnosis and treatment behavior,preventing and resolving medical disputes that may arise during their practice,reducing practice risks,and building harmonious doctor-patient relationships.At present,although some medical colleges have incorporated legal educa-tion into the medical education system,the status of legal education in medical colleges has not been fully reflected,and it has not been organically integrated with clinical practice,resulting in many legal risks for clinical medical students in their practice.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to fully incorporate legal education into the entire process of cultivating clinical medical students,taking legal rounds by lawyers as an example,and using substantive and procedural laws as the starting point to strengthen the standardization of documents and the effectiveness of substantive laws in resolving medical disputes.
