摘要
乡村建设行动是一项系统性工程,锚定目标引领、明确根本遵循、聚焦中心任务为其三个重要向度.简而言之,乡村建设行动要从走出城乡非等值化困境的现实指向出发,锁定实现农业农村现代化这一战略主题,担负起实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要使命,以坚持党的领导为根本原则、以人民为中心为价值追求、以实事求是为行动逻辑,在夯实人才队伍、重塑乡村文化生态以及大力推进建设数字乡村三个方面持续发力.
Abstract
The rural construction action is a systematic project,with three important dimensions:anchoring goals to guide,clarifying fun-damental principles to follow,and focusing on central tasks.In short,the rural construction action should start from the reality of over-coming the dilemma of urban-rural inequality,focus on the strategic theme of realizing agricultural and rural modernization,shoulder the important mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,adhere to the fundamental principle of Party leadership,take the people as the center of value pursuit,and take seeking truth from facts as the action logic.We should continue to make efforts in three aspects:consolidating the talent team,reshaping the rural cultural ecology,and vigorously promoting the construction of digital countryside.
