摘要

企业文化是企业发展的润滑剂.良好的企业文化不仅能为员工提供工作动力,激发工作热情,让职工为实现企业目标努力奋斗,同时也能帮助企业领导更加科学、高效地管理企业.作者以华为企业作为研究对象,通过文献研究法,在对企业文化概念进行界定基础上,分析华为企业文化的发展过程,梳理总结华为企业文化建设的经验,为其他企业文化建设提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract

Corporate culture is the lubricant for the development of a company.A good corporate culture can not only provide employees with work motivation,stimulate work enthusiasm,and motivate them to strive for the achievement of corporate goals,but also help busi-ness leaders manage the enterprise more scientifically and efficiently.The author takes Huawei as the research object,and through lit-erature research methods,defines the concept of corporate culture,analyzes the development process of Huawei's corporate culture,summarizes the experience of Huawei's corporate culture construction,and provides reference and guidance for other corporate culture constructions.
