摘要

从主观视角审视,高校对双语教学不重视是导致高校双语教学课程设置不合理、教学经费投入不充足、教学激励机制不完善的重要原因.高校只有从主观上重视双语教学、合理设置双语课程体系、增加双语教学经费投入、完善双语教学激励机制,才能有效解决双语教学中存在的问题,推动双语教学正常发展.

Abstract

From a subjective perspective,the lack of emphasis on bilingual teaching in universities is an important reason for the unreas-onable curriculum design,insufficient teaching funding,and imperfect teaching incentive mechanisms.Only by subjectively valuing bi-lingual teaching,setting up a reasonable bilingual curriculum system,increasing bilingual teaching funding,and improving bilingual teaching incentive mechanisms can universities effectively solve the problems in bilingual teaching and promote its normal develop-ment.
