Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Psychological Education in Local Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Demand——Taking Zunyi Normal University as an Example
Psychological education is not only an important measure to promote the healthy and harmonious development of college stu-dents'physical and mental health,but also an important content of ideological and political education in universities,which is related to the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivate people in universities.In order to further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of psychological education in universities,this article adopts a questionnaire method to conduct a survey of 6300 undergraduate students in Zunyi Normal University,deeply analyzing the actual needs of college students in psychological health edu-cation courses,psychological health education activities,psychological counseling services,etc,and proposing suggestions to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of psychological education in universities.
