A Review of Research on WeChat Public Platforms in Domestic University Libraries——Based on the CSSCI Database of CNKI
With the popularization of mobile Internet and smart phones,WeChat has developed rapidly.It is a general trend for university libraries to optimize WeChat public platform services.This article uses the literature research method to sort out the research methods and research contents of the domestic university library's WeChat public platform,and analyzes the main research methods and contents.It believes that scholars'research on the university library's WeChat official account is relatively extensive,and has achieved a series of research results.Then it proposes that with the development of the times,follow-up research needs to pay attention to the innovative services such as the reference service mode,improving the personalized service level,and expanding the scope of external services.
