The Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Legal Governance in Rural Construction from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
The construction of rule of law in rural areas is an important part of rural revitalization,and the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy also relies on strong legal guarantees.Currently,in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strat-egy,a series of problems such as conflicts between village regulations and national laws,relatively insufficient legal resources in rural society,and many villagers unwilling or unable to afford litigation costs have seriously constrained the process of building a rule of law countryside.For this,relevant departments need to take measures to achieve a positive interaction between village regulations and na-tional laws,improve the legal system of rural society,and continuously cultivate the rights awareness and legal concept of the majority of villagers.Only in this way,can we fill the gaps and deficiencies in the construction of rural areas under the rule of law,and provide legal support and strong guarantees for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
