为实现纸张类物品数量的快速测量,设计了基于电容检测的纸张测量系统.构建平行极板电容器,利用L-C谐振原理,在硬件"STM32+FDC2214"平台下测量谐振频率,计算得到电容值.通过电容信号得到测量纸张的数量,制作了单测量单元和多测量单元用于对比实验.软件设计引入μCOS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统,增强系统的可靠性与安全性,系统具备学习和测量两种模式,通过学习模式算法得到电容与极板间距的拟合关系,在测量模式下使用OLED显示屏显示测量结果.经多次系统测试验证,所设计系统可以实现多达80张纸的快速测量,提高了测量精度.
Design of Paper Measurement System Based on Capacitive Detection
In order to realize the rapid measurement of the number of paper items,a paper measurement system based on capacitance de-tection is designed.The parallel plate capacitor is constructed,and the capacitance value is calculated by measuring the resonant fre-quency on the hardware"STM32+FDC2214"platform using the L-C resonant principle.The quantity of measuring paper is obtained by capacitance signal,and single measuring unit and multiple measuring units are made for comparison experiment.Introduced in sof-tware design μCOS-Ⅱ embedded operating system enhances the reliability and security of the system.The system has two modes of learning and measurement.The fitting relationship between capacitance and electrode plate spacing is obtained through the algorithm in the learning mode,and the measurement results are displayed using OLED display screen in the measurement mode.After many times of system tests,the designed system can realize the fast measurement of up to 80 sheets of paper,and improve the measurement accuracy.
