The Connotation,Characteristics,Elements,and Training Strategies of Teacher Professional Ethics for Normal Students in Prefectural Universities
Prefecture Normal university students are the future rural teachers,the hope for the development of rural children,the corner-stone of rural education,and an important force in promoting high-quality development of rural education and assisting rural revitaliza-tion.Teacher professional ethics is the key to whether normal students in prefecture level universities can"teach and stay".It has the characteristics of value orientation,normative bottom line,and professional motivation in the lifelong development of normal students,and structurally includes three elements:teacher professional service consciousness,professional fairness,and professional self-disci-pline.As a training unit for rural teachers,prefecture level universities can cultivate the professional ethics of teacher education students through strategies such as"strengthening the concept of integrated teacher education","building a first-class curriculum'main battle-field'","opening up the'five in one'practical teaching'main channel'".
