专业认证背景下地方本科院校学前教育专业人才需求现状与对策研究——以贵州省K学院学前教育专业为例

人才需求是制定专业培养目标与培养方案的出发点和基础。K学院学前教育专业近年来持续开展了人才需求现状调研,在此基础上对专业培养目标与培养方案进行了修订和完善。调研结果表明:国内外学前教育人才培养的共同趋势是注重培养专业知识扎实、专业能力突出、教育情怀深厚的高素质复合型学前教育人才;区域幼儿园教师缺编现象非常突出,对高素质幼儿园教师的需求非常旺盛;用人单位对毕业生的职业能力素质和工作表现总体评价良好,但也指出了幼儿园教师职业能力素质存在的一些问题和不足。根据人才需求现状调研的结果及结论,提出了关于加强学前教育专业人才培养的对策与建议。
Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Talent Demand for Early Childhood Education Majors in Local Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of Professional Certification——Taking KCollege's Early Childhood Education Major in Guizhou Pro
Talent demand is the starting point and foundation for formulating professional training objectives and plans.In recent years,K College's preschool education major has continuously conducted research on the current demand for talents,and revised and impro-ved the professional training objectives and plans.The research results indicate that the common trend in cultivating preschool education talents at home and abroad is to focus on cultivating high-quality composite preschool education talents with solid professional knowl-edge,outstanding professional abilities,and profound educational sentiments.The shortage of regional kindergarten teachers is very prominent,and there is a strong demand for high-quality kindergarten teachers.The overall evaluation of graduates'professional com-petence and job performance by employers is good,but it also points out some problems and deficiencies in the professional competence of kindergarten teachers.Based on the results and conclusions of the current research on talent demand,strategies and suggestions have been proposed to strengthen the training of talents in preschool education majors.
