摘要
癫痫是临床最常见的神经系统疾病之一,多于儿童时期起病,主以反复痫性发作为特征.规范使用抗癫痫药物是癫痫治疗的首选与主要方法,然而,仍有超过大约30%的患者因药物耐药等原因进展为难治性癫痫,对患者及家庭、社会带来严重负担.中医外治法治疗本病具有安全、毒副作用低、疗效显著等优势,包括针灸、推拿、穴位埋线等治法.本文归纳了近年来癫痫常用的中医外治法,以期为推广外治法在癫痫治疗中的运用及癫痫治疗新思路提供证据.
Abstract
Epilepsy is one of the most common clinical neurological diseases,which is more common in children and adolescents,characterized by spontaneous recurrent seizures and refractory.Antiepileptic drugs are often used in the clinical treatment of epilepsy.The Standardized use of antiepileptic drugs is the first choice and main method for the treatment of epilepsy.However,more than 30%of patients still progress to refractory epilepsy due to drug resistance and other reasons,which brings serious burden to patients,families and society.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of safety,low toxic and side effects,and remarkable therapeutic effect,including acupuncture,massage,acupoint catgut embedding,etc.This paper summarizes the common external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine for epilepsy in recent years,with a view to providing evidence to promote its clinical application in epilepsy and new therapeutic ideas for epilepsy.
