Curative effect of fumigation-washing therapy of Huoxue Sanyu decoction combined with external application of Mayinglong Shexiang Haemorrhoids creams on wound healing after ring-like mixed hemorrhoids surgery
Objective To explore the external application effect of Huoxue Sanyu decoction combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Haemorrhoids creams on wound healing after annular mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods one hundred and twenty-two cases of annular mixed hemorrhoids after operation were divided into two groups,all of which were treated with external stripping and internal ligation.The control group after operation should take routine treatment measures;The patients in the observation group were treated with Huoxue Sanyu decoction for external use and Mayinglong Shexiang Haemorrhoids creams for external use.Seven days later,the wound healing index,hemorrhoid symptom score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 7 days of treatment,the wound index and hemorrhoid symptom score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Sanyu decoction combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Haemorrhoids creams for external use is a kind of postoperative treatment method worthy of popularization,which has remarkable effect in promoting wound healing and improving postoperative symptoms,and provides new ideas and methods for improving the treatment effect and quality of life of hemorrhoid patients.
