目的 基于数据挖掘技术探讨热敏灸在膝骨关节炎(KOA)中的临床应用规律.方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science 8个数据库中有关热敏灸治疗KOA的相关文献,检索时间为自建库至2023年4月.提取文献中腧穴处方信息及热敏灸应用方法信息并建立数据库,利用中医传承辅助系统(V3.0)进行数据分析.结果 共纳入文献78篇,涉及腧穴30个,腧穴累计使用频次372次,常用腧穴为阳陵泉穴、犊鼻穴、血海穴、梁丘穴等,主要归经为足阳明胃经,以下肢部的腧穴频次数和腧穴个数最多,常选用的腧穴组合为血海穴-梁丘穴、犊鼻穴-内膝眼穴、阳陵泉穴-血海穴,通过腧穴聚类分析得到4个核心类方.结论 运用数据挖掘技术,能够较好地探讨热敏灸治疗KOA的选穴规律,为临床治疗KOA提供更佳可靠的参考依据和选择.
Research on the application law of thermal moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis based on data mining
Objective To investigate the clinical application of thermal moxibustion in knee osteoarthritis(KOA)based on data mining technology.Methods The computer searched the relevant literature on the treatment of KOA in eight major databases:CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu,China Biomedical Literature Database,Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library and Web of Science,and the search period was from self-established to April 2023.The prescription information of acupoints and the application method information of heat sensitivity moxibustion in the literature were extracted,and a database was established,and the TCM inheritance assistance system(V3.0)was used for data analysis.Results A total of 78 articles were included,involving 30 acupoints,and the cumulative frequency of use of acupoints was 372 times,the commonly used acupoints were Yanglingquan point,Calf Nose point,Xuehai point,Liangqiu point,etc.,mainly attributed to Stomach channel of Foot-Yangming,the frequency of acupoints and the number of acupoints in the lower limbs were the largest,and the commonly selected acupoint combinations were Blood Sea point-Liangqiu point,Calf Nose point-Inner Knee Eye point,Yangling Spring point-Xuehai point,and 4 core class formulas were obtained through acupoint clustering analysis.Conclusion The data mining technology can be used to better explore the acupoint selection law of heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of KOA,and provide a better and reliable reference and selection for the clinical treatment of KOA.
