雷公藤药材中有效部位含量的比较研究

摘要
目的 测定不同产地、来源雷公藤药材中有效部位总二萜内酯和总生物碱的含量.方法 采用Kedde显色法,检测雷公藤中总二萜内酯的含量;采用重量法,检测雷公藤中总生物碱的含量.结果 比较了8批不同产地、来源雷公藤药材中总二萜内酯和总生物碱的含量,其中河南产雷公藤(批号:080706)总二萜内酯含量最高,四川产雷公藤(批号:081030,081031)中总生物碱含量明显高于其他产地的雷公藤.结论 不同产地、来源雷公藤药材中有效成分的含量差异较大,在临床用药时应引起重视,在含雷公藤的复方制剂生产中应建立药材检测的可控标准.
Abstract
Objective To study the contents of effective fractions, such as diterpene lactones and alkaloids, in Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. from different sources. Method Content of diterpene lactone was detected by Kedde - reagent coloration method, and content of alkaloids was detected by gravimetric method. Results Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. from eight different sources were detected, the content of diterpene lactone in Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. from Henan province (Batch No: 080706) was the highest, and the content of alkaloid in Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. from Sichuan province (Batch No: 081030, 081031) was significantly higher than the others. Conclusion Differences of effective components in Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. from different sources should be taken into account in clinic, and it is necessary to establish quality control standard for compound preparations of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f.
