Time and space are the most fundamental attributes of any things in their natural state. The fluctuations of the yin,yang,qi,and blood in the physiological state of the viscera,as well as the complex manifestations of diseases in the pathological process,are all related to the development of time and space. The physiological structure of the stomach,the characteristics of the occurrence and progression of precancerous lesions in the "inflammation-cancer" transformation,and the pathological changes are in line with the theory of the temporal window. Based on the theory of the temporal window,it is believed that the pathogenic factors of "deficiency,blood stasis,and toxicity" are the basic characteristics of the temporal variation in the malignant progression of the "inflammation-cancer" transformation to gastric cancer,and the pathogenesis of "toxicity and blood stasis of middle burner" is the universal law of the spatial variation of the "inflammation-cancer" transformation. Constructing a theoretical framework oriented towards the diagnosis,prevention,and treatment of precancerous gastric lesions from the perspective of the temporal window,and dynamically applying the treatment principles and methods of strengthening the spleen,resolving blood stasis,and detoxifying,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in blocking the "inflammation-cancer" transformation of the stomach. This paper focuses on analyzing the pathological characteristics of the "inflammation-cancer" transformation in different times and spaces and its clinical treatment,aiming to provide new connotations for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer and offer a model for the treatment of diseases with "inflammation-cancer"transformation.
