摘要
目的 观察丹香清脂颗粒治疗脂肪肝的疗效.方法 对深圳市龙岗区人民医院2006-2009年期间,门诊就诊的270例脂肪肝患者,随机分为2组,第1组为治疗组,136例,口服丹香清脂颗粒,10 g,tid;第2组为观察组,134例,口服辛伐他汀(舒降之),20 mg,qd.2组病程均为3个月.结果 治疗组有效率为94.9%,明显高于观察组78.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.89,P＜0.01).结论 丹香清脂颗粒治疗脂肪肝疗效显著,不良反应少,安全可靠.
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the efficacy of Danxiangqingzhi lipid granule in treatment of fatty liver. [ Methods] Totally 600 army outpatients with fatty liver in Longgang District Pingshan Peopled Hospital from 2006 to 2009 were recruited and randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in treatment group (136 cases) were given danxiangqingzhi lipid granule orally (10g, tid) , patients in control group (134 cases) were given triglyceride (20mg, qd). The course of the disease was 3 months for both 2 groups. [ Results] The efficacy of treatment group was 94.9% , significantly higher than that of observation group (78.4% ), the difference was significant ( x2 =15.89,P<0.01). [Conclusion] Danxiangqingzhi lipid granule has obvious efficacy on fatty liver, with less adverse reaction and high safety.
