武汉市健康检查者高尿酸血症与相关指标的关系
Relationship between hyperuricemia and related indexes in health examination population in Wuhan City

摘要
目的 了解武汉市健康检查者血尿酸(uric acid,UA)水平及相关指标的情况.方法 对1218例健康检查者的血UA水平及血甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、空腹血糖(fastingplasmaglucose,FPG)和血压(bloodpressure,BP)的测定结果进行统计分析.结果 1218例健康检查者中,186例UA升高,占15.27％.而高UA血症者中血脂升高115例(61.83％),UA正常者血脂升高202例(19.57％).高UA血症组的高血脂、高血糖和高血压的发生率显著高于UA正常组(P＜0.01).结论 武汉市高UA血症的发病率与国内其他地区的调查结果相近,高UA血症患者更容易伴发高脂血症、高血糖和高血压,应该引起人们的重视.
Abstract
[Objective]To study the level of serum uric acid (UA) and related indexes in health examination population in Wuhan City. [Methods]The detection results of serum UA, serum triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC) , fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and blood pressure (BP) of 1218 people who received health examination were analyzed statistically. [ Results ] Among 1218 people, 186 (15.27%) people had high UA level. Among patients with hyperuricemia, 115 (61.83%) had high serum lip-id level. Among people with normal UA level, 202 (19.57% ) had high serum lipid level. The incidence rates of hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and hypertension in the high UA group were significantly higher than those in the normal UA group (P < 0. 01). [Conclusion]The incidence rate of hyperuricemia in Wuhan City is similar with the investigation results of other areas in China. The patients with hyperuricemia are more likely to hare hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and hypertension, which should attract attention.
