目的 了解2011-2012年厦门市部分市售食品中添加合成甜味剂的情况.方法 参照国家标准,采用气相色谱和高效液相色谱进行检测.结果 所采集的厦门市市售食品58份的合成甜味剂(环已基氨基磺酸钠、糖精钠和安赛蜜)监测的总合格率为91.4%.其中环己基氨基磺酸钠检出率较高,为24.1%;安赛蜜合格率较低,为91.4%.果冻样品的合格率较低,为71.4%.结论 厦门市部分市售食品中合成甜味剂的监测结果总体不错,但还要加强企业自律和加强相关部门的监管.
[ Objective ] To understand the situation of synthetic sweeteners added in some foods of Xiamen markets in 2011. [Methods] The samples were determined by gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography based on the national standards. [Results] The total qualified rate for synthetic sweeteners (sodium cyclamate, saccharin sodium and acesulfame potassium) in 58 food samples from Xiamen markets was 91.4%. The detectable rate of sodium cyclamate was 24.1% , which was higher than others. The qualified rate of acesulfame potassium was the lowest (91.4% ). The qualified rate of jelly sample was 71.4% , which was the lowest. [ Conclusion] The situation of synthetic sweeteners added in some foods of Xiamen markets is satisfactory. However, the enterprises should improve self-discipline, and related departments should strengthen supervision.
