摘要
目的 通过了解砖厂职业卫生现状,以便为政府监督部门提供参考,制定相应的职业病防治对策.方法 河池市某县10家砖厂进行职业卫生现状调查和职业病危害因素检测,然后对结果进行统计学分析.结果 10家砖厂在职业卫生培训和职业卫生管理上做得相对较好,合格率分别为80％和60％;而在职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查、防护用品等制度的建立和执行方面较差,合格率分别为10％、20％、40％.职业病危害因素检测结果中,粉尘合格率较低(63.79％)、噪声合格率较高(98.39％).结论 要加强对砖厂这样分散的、小企业的职业卫生管理监督执法力度,扫清职业卫生监督执法的死角,保护劳动者的健康权益.
Abstract
[Objective] To understand the current situation of occupational health in brickfields,provide the reference for the government supervision departments to make prevention and control countermeasures of occupational diseases.[Methods] The survey of occupational health and detection of occupational hazard factors were performed in 10 brickfields of a county in Hechi City,and the results were analyzed statistically.[Results] The current situation of occupational health training and occupational health management of 10 brickfields was relatively better,which the qualified rate was 80％ and 60％ respectively.However,the detection of occupational hazard factors,occupational health examination,as well as the establishment and implementation of protection system were relatively poor,which the qualified rate was 10％,20％ and 40％,respectively.The detection results of occupational hazard factors showed that the qualified rate of dust (63.79％) was low,and the qualified rate of noise (98.39％) was high.[Conclusion]The occupational health management and supervision in the brickfields,which are the scattered and small enterprises,should be strengthened,and it is necessary to remove the dead space of occupational health supervision and law enforcement,to protect the health of workers.
