摘要
目的 了解秦皇岛市水产品中副溶血弧菌菌群菌型分布,进一步对毒力基因和药敏进行检测,为预防副溶血弧菌引起的食源性疾病,并有效地指导临床合理用药提供依据.方法 收集2005-2015年秦皇岛市水产品中分离出的副溶血弧菌440株,利用玻片法进行血清学试验,PCR方法对其携带的TDH和TRH基因扩增,并测定耐药情况.结果 水产品中分离出的副溶血弧菌分为O1、O2、O3、O4、O5、O6、O10、O11,共8个群,优势群为O5群,血清型为O5∶K17;携带TDH毒力基因的有41株,携带TRH毒力基因的有3株,还有1株既携带TDH又携带TRH基因,占总数的百分比分别为9.3%、0.7%和0.2%;氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类抗生素为抗感染首选.结论 副溶血弧菌对多数抗菌药物存在不同程度的耐药,应加强水产品卫生监管,同时加大抗生素的使用管理,有针对性的选择抗菌药物.
Abstract
[Objective] To understand the serum type of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products of Qinhuangdao City,further to test the virulence genes and drug susceptibility,to prevent hemolysis of foodborne illness caused by vibrio,and provide a basis to effectively guide clinical rational drug use.[Methods] A total of 440 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from aquatic products were collected in Qinhuangdao City from 2005-2015.The glass was used for serological test,polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to carry on its TDH and TRH gene amplification,and the determination of drug resistance was performed.[Results] The isolated Vibrio parahaemolyticus from aquatic products were O1,O2,O3,O4,O5 and O6,O10,O11,the advantage group was group O5,with the serum of O5:K17,41 strains carried virulence genes TDH,3 carried TRH virulence genes and 1 strain had both TDH and TRH gene,as a percentage of the total number of respectively 9.3%,0.7% and 0.2%.Aminoglycosides and quinolones were preferred for anti infection.[Conclusion] Vibrio parahaemolyticus have different levels of drug resistance to most antimicrobial agents,it is necessary to enhance hygiene supervision of aquatic products,management of the use of antibiotics,and targeted selection of antimicrobial agents.
