摘要
目的 对2016年芜湖市新发现的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病患者基本特征进行分析,为进一步开展防制工作提供科学数据.方法 资料来源于中国预防控制信息系统艾滋病综合防治信息系统,以2016年新报告现住址为“芜湖市”的HIV/AIDS为研究对象,采用描述流行病学方法对数据进行分析.结果 2016年新报告现住址为芜湖市的HIV/AIDS共计159例,其中AIDS患者50例,死亡22例;年龄集中在20~34岁(52.2%);男女性别比为10.4∶1;未婚占47.8%.53.5%的病例为高中或中专及以上文化,新发现的学生病例占学生存活病例的比例最高(30.0%);64.2%的病例经同性传播,异性传播占33.3%,47.2%的样本来源于检测咨询,40.2%来源于医疗机构就诊.结论 芜湖市新发现HIV/AIDS病例数持续上升,同性传播已成为芜湖市艾滋病的最主要传播途径,亟需在该人群中进一步深入推进安全套使用、动员检测、性病诊治等综合干预措施,以遏制艾滋病的进一步蔓延.
Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the basic characteristics of 159 recently discovered HIV/AIDS patients in Wuhu City in 2016,provide scientific data for further control and prevention.[Methods] The data were collected from the AIDS prevention and control information system of China information system for disease control and prevention,and the recently discovered HIV/AIDS patients whose present address is Wuhu City were enrolled in the study.Descriptive epidemiology was applied for date analysis.[Results] Totally 159 recently discovered HIV/AIDS patients were reported in Wuhu City in 2016,including 50 AIDS patients and 22 death cases.52.2% of objects were aged 20-34 years old,the ratio of male to female was 10.4 ∶ 1,and unmarried objects accounted for 47.8%.53.5% of objects finished high school or technical secondary school.The proportion of recently discovered student cases to survived student cases was 30.0%.Homosexual transmission cases and heterosexual transmission cases accounted for 64.2% and 33.3%,respectively.47.2% of samples were from testing and consulting while 40.2% were from medical institutions.[Conclusion] The recently discovered HIV/AIDS cases are rising in and homosexual transmission has become the main transmission route of HIV in Wuhu City.It is urgent to promote condom use,pioneering HIV testing,and treatment of STDs to control the spread of AIDS.
