摘要
突发公共卫生事件能够对军事活动和作战任务带来严重威胁,本文对全军疾病监督监测体系在监测预警内容、危险因素识别、预测预报能力、预警信息传递等方面的现状及部队传染病监测预警智慧化应对策略进行综述,对于加强新时期军队疾病预防控制建设、调整和完善应对突发公共卫生事件传染病监测预警体系,维护官兵健康和提升战斗力具有重要意义.
Abstract
Public health emergencies can pose a serious threat to military activities and combat missions.This article reviews the current status of the military's disease supervision and monitoring system in terms of monitoring and early warning content,risk factor identification,prediction and prediction capabilities,and early warning information transmission,as well as the intelligent response strategies for infectious disease monitoring and early warning in the military.It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of disease prevention and control in the military in the new era,adjust and improve the monitoring and early warning system for infectious diseases in response to public health emergencies,maintain the health of officers and soldiers,and enhance combat effectiveness.
