Analysis on relationship between work passion,job satisfaction,and occupational burnout among nurses in a tertiary rehabilitation hospital in Beijing
Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout and job satisfaction of nurses in rehabilitation hospital,and to provide reference for promoting the career development of nurses.Methods Cluster sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among nurses in a tertiary rehabilitation hospital in Beijing in December 2021.Job passion,job burnout and job satisfaction scale were used to carry out a questionnaire survey,and the correlation among the three was analyzed.Results The work passion score of nurses in rehabilitation hospital was(5.00±l.05)points,indicating that the work passion status of the measurement object was generally good.The score of harmonious passion was(5.37±1.07)points,and that of forced passion was(4.64±1.22)points.Age and years of service had an impact on work passion,with nurses aged 36~<46 and working for 11~<21 years scoring highest(all P<0.05).There were significant correlations among job passion,job burnout and job satisfaction(P<0.01).Job passion had a negative impact on job burnout and a positive impact on job satisfaction.Conclusion Job passion of nurses in rehabilitation hospitals can negatively predict job burnout and positively predict job satisfaction,and job burnout plays a mediating role in job passion and job satisfaction.
