摘要
格林模式作为一种系统的干预模式,为健康管理方案的制定提供了理论框架.本文对格林模式的概念及特点、实施步骤、在慢性病健康管理中的应用现状进行综述,旨在增加护理人员对格林模式的认识,促进该模式在慢性病临床护理实践中的应用.
Abstract
PRECEDE-PROCEED model,as a systematic intervention model,provides a theoretical framework for the formulation of health management programs.This paper reviews the concept and characteristics,implementation procedure,and current status of applications of PRECEDE-PROCEED Model in health management of chronic disease,aiming to increase the understanding of PRECEDE-PROCEED Model among nursing staff and promote the application of this theory in nursing practice of chronic disease.
