新医科背景下全科医学研究生核心胜任力评价指标的研究进展

摘要
核心胜任力是指某专业领域需具备的最核心特点与要求.全科医学研究生作为社区卫生服务的后备军,其综合能力的高低决定了我国卫生服务的质量.本文就全科医学研究生胜任力相关概念、全科医学研究生胜任力参考框架/模型、全科医学研究生核心胜任力评价指标研究现状进行综述,为更好地培养及科学评价全科医学研究生的综合能力提供参考.
Abstract
The core competence refers to the most core characteristics and requirements that a certain professional field needs to possess.The postgraduate students of general medicine,as the reserve army of community health services,their level of comprehensive ability determines the quality of health services in China.This paper provides an overview of the current status of research on the concepts,reference frameworks/models,and evaluation indicators related to competency of postgraduate students in general medicine,so as to provide a reference for better training and scientific evaluation of the comprehensive competency of postgraduate students in general medicine.
