摘要
目的 分析卫生对口健康帮扶模式的发展困境与薄弱环节,以期为更好开展卫生对口健康帮扶提供借鉴参考.方法 于2022年7-8月采用目的抽样选取天津市10名支援人员及新疆和田地区人民医院10名受援人员进行1对1半结构化访谈,采用扎根理论方法对数据进行分析.结果 经过三级编码梳理出43个原始范畴、7个主范畴和2个核心范畴,并将其归纳为健康帮扶的困境和对策提升机制2个层面,形成了卫生对口帮扶模式存在的弊端与发展对策的研究框架.结论 天津市卫生健康帮扶存在保障机制不完善、工作规划不完整和情感关怀不充分问题,应通过完善保障机制与开展医院文化建设进行精准帮扶和加强人才培养,以达到更高效的帮扶效果.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the development dilemmas and weak links of the health counterpart assistance model,thereby providing references for better development of health counterpart assistance.Methods From July to August 2022,the purposive sampling was used to select 10 support workers in Tianjin and 10 aid recipients in Hetian People's Hospital of Xinjiang for one-on-one semi-structured interviews,and grounded theory method was used to analyze the data.Results After three levels of coding,43 original categories,seven main categories,and two core categories were sorted out,and they were summarized into two levels:health assistance dilemma and countermeasure promotion mechanism,which formed the research framework of drawbacks and development countermeasures of health counterpart assistance model.Conclusion There are problems such as imperfect security mechanism,incomplete work planning and insufficient emotional care in health counterpart assistance in Tianjin,and it is necessary to improve the security mechanism,carry out hospital cultural construction,carry out precise assistance and strengthen personnel training to achieve more efficient assistance effect.
