摘要
健康教育是通过有计划、有组织、有系统的社会教育活动,全面提高公民的健康素养,促进公民健康和提高其生活质量.护理人员作为卫生部门最大的群体,是提供健康教育的重要卫生专业群体,其健康教育能力直接或间接影响公民的健康素养和生活质量.因此,评估护理人员健康教育能力是保证健康教育效果的重要前提.本文主要对国内外护理人员健康教育能力评估工具的内容、特点及应用情况等进行综述,以期为今后选择或开发合适的评估工具提供借鉴,为提高护理人员健康教育能力的相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
Health education is to comprehensively improve citizens'health literacy,promote citizens'health and improve their quality of life through planned,organized and systematic social education activities.As the largest group in the health sector,nurses are important health professional groups providing health education.Their health education ability directly or indirectly affects citizens'health literacy and quality of life.Therefore,the evaluation of health education ability of nursing staff is an important prerequisite to ensure the effectiveness of health education.The paper mainly reviews the content,characteristics and application of health education ability assessment tools for nurses at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for the selection or development of appropriate evaluation tools in the future,and provide reference for the relevant research on improving the health education ability of nurses.
