摘要
全球自然灾害频发,护士作为医务人员之一,在应急准备和响应中发挥着重要作用,提高护士的应急准备度是当前应对自然灾害和流行病的积极措施.本文主要对应急准备度的概念、影响因素及国内外临床护士的应急准备现状进行了系统综述,以期为护理管理者提升临床护士应急准备度水平及国内开展相关研究提供参考依据.
Abstract
The natural disasters occur frequently around the world.Nurses,as one of the medical staff,play an important role in emergency preparedness and response.Improving nurses'emergency preparedness is a positive measure to cope with natural disasters and epidemics.The paper systematically reviews the concept and influencing factors of emergency preparedness and the status quo of emergency preparedness of clinical nurses at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for nursing managers to improve the emergency preparedness level of clinical nurses and carry out related research in China.
