摘要
目的 了解新疆社区居民健康素养水平及其影响因素.方法 2023年2-3月,采用方便抽样,随机选取新疆社区549名居民为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法对社区居民健康素养水平现状进行调查,采用逐步多元线性回归分析影响居民健康素养水平的因素.结果 新疆社区居民健康素养水平为9.8%,其中基本知识和理念、基本生活行为与方式、基本技能3方面健康素养水平依次为9.6%、17.6%和10.9%;科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗、健康信息6类问题健康素养水平依次为11.4%、12.0%、9.4%、39.3%、9.6%和9.8%.单因素分析显示,不同性别、年龄、学历、家庭月均收入的社区居民各类健康素养水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多因素分析显示,性别、学历、家庭月均收入均是新疆社区居民健康素养水平的主要影响因素(均P<0.05).结论 新疆社区居民健康素养水平有待提升,社区在居民健康素养水平提升工作中的作用极为重要.
Abstract
Objective To understand the health literacy level of community residents in Xinjiang and its influencing factors.Methods From February to March 2023,549 residents in Xinjiang community were randomly selected as the research objects by convenient sampling.The status of health literacy of community residents was investigated by questionnaire survey method,and the factors affecting health literacy of residents were analyzed by stepwise multiple linear regression.Results The health literacy level of community residents in Xinjiang was 9.8%,and the health literacy levels of basic knowledge and ideas,basic life behaviors and ways,and basic skills were 9.6%,17.6%,and 10.9%,respectively.The health literacy levels of the six categories of issues,including scientific health outlook,prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,safety and first aid,basic medical treatment,and health information,were 1 1.4%,12.0%,9.4%,39.3%,9.6%,and 9.8%,respectively.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in various health literacy levels among community residents with different genders,ages,educational qualifications,and monthly household income(all P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that gender,educational background and average monthly household income were the main influencing factors of health literacy level of community residents in Xinjiang(all P<0.05).Conclusion The health literacy level of community residents in Xinjiang needs to be improved,and the community plays a very important role in improving the health literacy level of residents.
