Correlation analysis of stakeholder stress,psychological capital,and job burnout among ultrasound medical nurses
Objective To explore the correlation of stakeholder pressure,psychological capital,and job burnout among ultrasound medical nurses.Methods From January to February 2023,a convenience sampling method was used to select 174 nurses from the ultrasound medical department of eight comprehensive hospitals in Xi'an City as the survey subjects.The survey was conducted using the general situation scale,stakeholder stress scale,psychological capital scale,and job burnout scale,and the data was analyzed.Results The scores of stakeholder pressure,psychological capital,and job burnout among nurses in the ultrasound medical department of eight comprehensive hospitals in Xi'an City were(29.64+5.24),(88.54±16.46)and(58.74±9.87)points,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in stakeholder pressure among ultrasound medical nurses of different age,professional title,working years,monthly income,and marital status(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in psychological capital of ultrasound medical nurses of different age,educational background,professional title,and years of service(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in job burnout among ultrasound medical nurses of different age professional title,working years,and monthly income(all P<0.05).The stakeholder pressure was positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.576,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with psychological capital(r=-0.528,P<0.01).The psychological capital was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.584,P<0.01).The psychological capital played a partial mediating role between stakeholder stress and job burnout,and the mesomeric effect was 0.281,accounting for 36.83%of the total effect.Conclusion The level of stakeholder stress among ultrasound medical nurses in eight comprehensive hospitals in Xi'an City is relatively high,and it is an important influencing factor for nurses'job burnout,the psychological capital plays a mediating role in the impact of stakeholder stress on job burnout of ultrasound medical nurse.
