西安市2所三级甲等医院护理实习生时间管理倾向在生命意义感与手机依赖间的中介作用

摘要
目的 了解时间管理倾向在护理实习生生命意义感与手机依赖之间的中介作用,为改善护理实习生的手机依赖情况提供参考依据.方法 2022年10月-2023年1月,抽取在西安市2所三级甲等(三甲)医院实习生252名,用一般资料调查表、生命意义感量表、手机依赖量表及时间管理倾向量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析.结果 西安市2所三甲医院护理实习生生命意义感、手机依赖、时间管理倾向得分分别为(51.38±7.88)、(34.76±9.32)、(154.41±21.41)分.生命意义感与手机依赖呈负相关(r=-0.196,P＜0.01),时间管理倾向与手机依赖呈负相关(r=-0.248,P＜0.01).时间管理倾向在护理实习生生命意义感与手机依赖之间存在完全中介效应(p=-0.17,P＜0.05),中介效应占比为68％.结论 时间管理倾向是西安市2所三甲医院护理实习生生命意义感与手机依赖间的中介变量,护理教育者应积极开展相关培训,以加强护理实习生生命意义感及时间管理能力,从而改善护理实习生的手机依赖情况.
Abstract
Objective To understand the mediating role of time management disposition between nursing interns'sense of meaning in life and mobile phone dependence,and to provide reference for improving the mobile phone dependence of nursing interns.Methods From October 2022 to January 2023,252 nursing interns were selected from two tertiary Grade A hospitals in Xi'an City.They were investigated with the general information questionnaire,the sense of life scale,the mobile phone dependence scale and the time management disposition scale,and the data were analyzed.Results The scores of sense of meaning of life,mobile phone dependence,and time management disposition of nursing interns in two tertiary Grade A hospitals in Xi'an City were(51.38±7.88),(34.76±9.32),(154.41±21.41)points,respectively.The sense of meaning of life was negatively correlated with mobile phone dependence(r=-0.196,P<0.01),and time management disposition was negatively correlated with mobile phone dependence(r=-0.248,P＜0.01).Time management disposition had a complete mediating effect between nursing interns'sense of meaning in life and mobile phone dependence(β=-0.17,P＜0.05),and the mediation effect accounted for 68％.Conclusion Time management disposition is the mediating variable between the sense of meaning of life and mobile phone dependence of nursing interns in two tertiary Grade A hospitals in Xi'an City.Nursing educators should actively carry out relevant training to strengthen the sense of meaning of life and time management ability of nursing interns,so as to improve the mobile phone dependence of nursing interns.
