摘要
对养老机构老年人的孤独水平进行评估可以及时了解老年人的心理状态,有助于干预方案的制定.本文对国内外养老机构老年人孤独感现状进行综述,包括评估工具和干预方案的主要内容、开展现状及局限性.以期为国内养老机构老年人孤独感评估及干预方案的制定提供参考,为养老机构心理服务的优化提供依据.
Abstract
The evaluation of loneliness among the elderly in nursing home can timely understand the psychological state of the elderly,which is conducive to formulating intervention programs.This paper reviews the loneliness of the elderly in nursing home at home and abroad,including the major content,application,and limitations of assessment tools and intervention programs.It aims to provide references for the evaluation of loneliness and the formulation of intervention programs for the elderly in the domestic elderly care institutions and to provide a basis for the optimization of psychological services in nursing homes.
