Analysis on first aid literacy level and influencing factors of Armed Police Force soldiers
Objective To understand the level of first-aid health literacy and the influencing factors of Armed Police Force soldiers,and to provide scientific basis for the first-aid health education policy.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 7 373 soldiers from 8 major units of the Armed Police Force from July 2021 to August 2021 by stratified sampling method,SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results Total score of first-aid literacy of Armed Police Force Soldiers was(51.99±8.46)points,the level of first-aid literacy of Armed Police Force Soldiers was 25.2%.There were statistically significant differences in the total score of first aid literacy of armed police soldiers in different gender,military category,education level,post,military age group,military rank,and the origin of the army group(all P<0.05).The results of logistics regression analysis showed that mobile troops,women,combat posts,intermediate or above police officers,armed police soldiers enlisted from cities or counties had higher first-aid literacy.Conclusion The first aid literacy level of armed police soldiers is generally low,education and training related to military first aid literacy should be strengthened.
