目的 探讨社会支持在护理专业学生应对方式与负性情绪症状间的中介作用.方法 2021年5-6月,采用分层方便抽样法选取武汉某2所综合大学的821名护理专业学生作为研究对象,使用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文简版量表(depression anxiety and stress scale-21 item,DASS-21)、社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)、简易应对方式问卷(simplified coping style questionnaire,SCSQ)进行调查,采用SPSS 20.0、AMOS 24.0进行数据分析.结果 护理专业大学生DASS-21总分M(P25,P75)为8.50(4.5,14.0)分,积极应对方式与消极应对方式总分分别为(22.5±8.39)和(9.55±5.75)分,社会支持水平为(43.14±7.87)分.护理专业大学生出现抑郁情绪症状120人,占总人数的14.7%.非独生子女社会支持得分高于独生子女,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男生消极应对方式得分高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).社会支持与负性情绪症状均呈负相关(r=-0.241~-0.156,均P<0.01);积极应对方式与负性情绪症状均呈负相关(r=-0.178~-0.123,均P<0.01);消极应对方式与抑郁维度均呈正相关(r=0.076~0.80,均P<0.05).社会支持在应对方式与负性情绪症状间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的44.97%.结论 护理专业学生非独生子女社会支持水平较独生子女高,男生比女生更容易采取消极应对方式.应对方式可直接或通过社会支持间接影响护理专业大学生的负性情绪症状.
Mediating role of social support in coping styles and negative emotional symptoms among nursing students
Objective To explore the mediating role of social support between coping styles and negative emotional symptoms among nursing students.Methods A total of 821 nursing students in two comprehensive universities in Wuhan were selected as the research objects by the stratified convenience method.Depression anxiety and stress scale-21 item scale(DASS-21),social support rating scale(SSRS)and simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)were used for the survey,and SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used for data analysis.Results The total score M(P25,P75)of DASS-21 for nursing students was 8.50(4.5,14.0)points,and the total scores for positive and negative coping styles were(22.5±8.39)and(9.55±5.75)points,respectively.The level of social support was(43.14±7.87)points.120 nursing students experienced symptoms of depression,accounting for 14.7%of the total number.The social support score of non-only child was higher than that of only child,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Social support was negatively correlated with negative emotional symptoms(r=-0.241--0.156,all P<0.01),positive coping style was negatively correlated with negative emotional symptoms(r=-0.178-0.123,all P<0.01).Negative coping style was positively correlated with depression dimension(r=-0.076-0.80,all P<0.05).Social support partially mediated the relationship between coping style and negative emotional symptoms,accounting for 44.97%of the total effect.Conclusions Nursing students who are not only children have a higher level of social support compared to only children,and boys are more likely to adopt negative coping strategies than girls.Coping style can directly or indirectly affect negative emotional symptoms of nursing college students through social support.
