Research progress on neurofunctional changes induced by exposure to environmental endocrine disruptors
The nervous system is the system that plays a dominant role in regulating physiological activities in the body. When the nervous system is damaged, the physiological functions responsible for the damaged parts will also be affected.Research has shown that environmental endocrine disruptors can affect the normal structure and function of neurons, leading to changes in neural function. This article reviews the mechanism of nerve damage caused by several representative environmental endocrine disruptors[bisphenol A,nonylphenol,di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,malathion],their relationship with changes in neural function, and the complex effects of various mixtures of environmental endocrine disruptors on the nervous system, providing reference for maintaining stable neural function.
