环境内分泌干扰物暴露诱发神经功能改变的研究进展

神经系统是机体内对生理功能活动的调节起主导作用的系统,当神经系统受损后,受损部分所负责的生理功能也会受到影响.研究表明,环境内分泌干扰物可对神经元正常结构和功能造成影响,从而导致神经功能改变.本文综述了几种有代表性的环境内分泌干扰物[双酚A、壬基酚、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、马拉硫磷]造成神经损伤的机制、与神经功能改变关系,以及多种环境内分泌干扰物混合物对神经系统复合作用,为维持神经功能稳定提供参考依据.
Research progress on neurofunctional changes induced by exposure to environmental endocrine disruptors
The nervous system is the system that plays a dominant role in regulating physiological activities in the body.When the nervous system is damaged,the physiological functions responsible for the damaged parts will also be affected.Research has shown that environmental endocrine disruptors can affect the normal structure and function of neurons,leading to changes in neural function.This article reviews the mechanism of nerve damage caused by several representative environmental endocrine disruptors[bisphenol A,nonylphenol,di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,malathion],their relationship with changes in neural function,and the complex effects of various mixtures of environmental endocrine disruptors on the nervous system,providing reference for maintaining stable neural function.
