目的 通过文献分析近10年恶性肿瘤幸存者重返工作的研究现状及热点,为我国相关研究提供借鉴和思路.方法 系统检索Web of Science(WOS)数据库核心合集收录的2012-2022年有关恶性肿瘤幸存者重返工作相关文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入741篇文献.国外年发文量整体呈上升趋势,美国、荷兰、加拿大等发达国家及其机构在该领域研究成果较多;高频关键词有生活质量、就业、乳腺癌等;突现词有meta分析、联合等;研究热点主要集中在重返工作的生活质量、心理困扰、支持性需求及多学科合作干预等方面,时间线图显示近年来对多学科合作实施康复计划关注较多.结论 2012-2022年恶性肿瘤幸存者重返工作岗位领域受到国际关注,多学科合作实施康复计划是该领域最新的研究趋势,国内研究者可借鉴国外研究热点及前沿,为国内开展相关研究打下基础.
Visual analysis of research hotspots for cancer survivors returning to work in the past decade
Objective Through the literature analysis of the research status and hotspots of cancer survivors returning to work in the past ten years,to provide reference and ideas for related research in China.Methods A systematic search was conducted for the relevant literature on cancer survivors returning to work from 2012 to 2022 in the core collection of the Web of Science(WOS)database,and CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 741 articles were included.The annual foreign publication volume was on the rise as a whole.Developed countries such as the United States,the Netherlands,and Canada and their institutions had more research results in this field.High-frequency keywords included quality of life,employment,breast cancer,etc.Burst term included meta-analysis,association,etc.The research hotspots mainly focused on the quality of life,psychological distress,supportive needs and multidisciplinary cooperation intervention in returning to work.Conclusions From 2012 to 2022,the field of cancer survivors returning to work has attracted international attention.The implementation of multidisciplinary cooperation in care planning is the latest research trend in this field.Domestic researchers can learn from foreign research hotspots and frontiers to lay a foundation for domestic research.
