Research progress on current situation and influencing factors of job burnout of nursing staff in pension institutions
With the accelerating process of population aging in China,the problem of providing for the aged has gradually become the focus of the society.Institutional pension has become one of the main modes of providing for the aged.With the increase in the number of elderly people living in pension institutions,the demand for nursing staff is also increasing.The work pressure of caregivers is also on the rise,resulting in a high incidence of job burnout among caregivers in pension institutions in different regions of China.Job burnout will not only endanger the physical and mental health of old-age caregivers,but also affect the nursing quality of the elderly.This paper summarizes the current situation and influencing factors of job burnout of caregivers in pension institutions at home and abroad,so as to provide a theoretical basis for formulating intervention measures to alleviate job burnout of caregivers in pension institutions,prevent or reduce the occurrence of job burnout and promote the development of healthy pension undertakings.
