养老机构护理员职业倦怠现状及影响因素的研究进展

摘要
随着我国人口老龄化进程不断加快,养老问题逐渐成为社会焦点.机构养老成为主要的养老模式之一,随着入住养老机构老年人数量的增多,对养老护理员的需求量也不断增加,护理员的工作压力也呈上升趋势,以致我国不同地区养老机构护理员职业倦怠发生率呈现高值.职业倦怠不仅会危害养老护理员的身心健康,而且会影响老年人的护理质量.本文通过对养老机构护理员职业倦怠的国内外现状与影响因素进行综述,为制定缓解养老机构护理员职业倦怠的干预措施提供参考依据,预防或降低养老护理员职业倦怠的发生,促进健康养老事业的发展.
Abstract
With the accelerating process of population aging in China,the problem of providing for the aged has gradually become the focus of the society.Institutional pension has become one of the main modes of providing for the aged.With the increase in the number of elderly people living in pension institutions,the demand for nursing staff is also increasing.The work pressure of caregivers is also on the rise,resulting in a high incidence of job burnout among caregivers in pension institutions in different regions of China.Job burnout will not only endanger the physical and mental health of old-age caregivers,but also affect the nursing quality of the elderly.This paper summarizes the current situation and influencing factors of job burnout of caregivers in pension institutions at home and abroad,so as to provide a theoretical basis for formulating intervention measures to alleviate job burnout of caregivers in pension institutions,prevent or reduce the occurrence of job burnout and promote the development of healthy pension undertakings.
