军校护理本科生职业认同与心理韧性的相关性研究

目的 了解空军军医大学护理本科生职业认同与心理韧性现状,分析职业认同与心理韧性的相关性.方法 2022年10-12月,选取空军军医大学82名在校护理专业本科生,使用一般资料调查表、职业认同量表、心理韧性量表进行问卷调查.结果 空军军医大学护理专业82名本科生职业认同总分为(56.55±11.93)分,条目均分为(3.33±0.7)分;心理韧性总分为(39.38±6.23)分,条目均分为(3.94±0.62)分.不同就业方向、如果将来发生类似重大突发公共卫生事件是否会主动申请到一线参加工作、对护理学专业满意程度及对护理学专业兴趣程度的护生职业认同得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同父亲职业、父母是否参与职业选择、对护理学专业满意程度、对护理学专业的兴趣程度及知道何为职业规划的护生心理韧性得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).Pearson相关分析显示,除社会比较与自我反思与自强外,军校护理本科生职业认同总分及各维度与心理韧性总分及各维度间均呈正相关(均P<0.05).多元线性回归分析结果表明,若将来发生类似重大突发公共卫生事件是否主动申请到一线工作、乐观、目前对护理学专业的兴趣程度及就业方向如从事与护理相关工作是护理本科生职业认同的主要影响因素(均P<0.01).结论 空军军医大学护理本科生职业认同处于中等水平,心理韧性处于中等偏上水平,且二者呈显著正相关.
Study on correlation between professional identity and mental toughness of nursing undergraduates in military academy
Objective To understand the status quo of professional identity and mental toughness of nursing undergraduates in the Air Force Medical University,analyze the correlation between professional identity and mental toughness.Methods From October to December 2022,82 nursing undergraduates of the Air Force Medical University were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using general data questionnaire,professional identity scale and mental toughness scale.Results The total score of professional identity among 82 nursing undergraduates of the Air Force Medical University was(56.55±11.93)points,and the average score of items was(3.33±0.7)points.The total score of mental toughness was(39.38±6.23)points,and the average score of items was(3.94±0.62)points.There were statistically significant differences in the score of professional identity among nursing students with different employment directions,whether they would take the initiative to apply for front-line work in case of a similar major public health emergencies in the future,satisfaction with nursing major and interest in nursing major(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the score of mental toughness among nursing students with different occupation of his/her father,parents'involvement in career selection,satisfaction with nursing major,interest in nursing major,and knowing what career planning is(all P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that except social comparison,self-reflection and self-improvement,the total score and dimension score of professional identity of nursing undergraduates in military school were positively correlated with the total score and dimension score of mental toughness(all P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether they would take the initiative to apply for front-line work in case of a similar major public health emergencies in the future optimism,current interest in nursing majors,and employment direction(nursing related work)were the main influencing factors of nursing undergraduates'professional identity(all P<0.01).Conclusion The professional identity of nursing undergraduates in the Air Force Medical University is at the medium level,while the mental toughness is above the medium level,and there is a significant positive correlation between them.
